My practice is built on the belief that healing comes from within, and I am dedicated to helping you tap into your own power to transform and thrive. Whether you’re managing emotions, navigating personal relationships, or experiencing stress, my holistic approach focuses on attuning to the mind-body connection. Together, we’ll identify the obstacles keeping you stuck and work toward meaningful, lasting change.
I work with individuals from all walks of life, offering personalized support that empowers you to become the expert in your own self-awareness and healing journey. By using a combination of mindfulness, emotional exploration, and practical strategies, we’ll uncover a deeper sense of clarity, purpose, and well-being. My approach includes a variety of therapeutic techniques, such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Experiencing, mindfulness, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT); each is designed to bridge mind-body awareness and connection to self.
In addition to traditional therapeutic methods, I also incorporate hypnosis as a powerful tool to access deeper parts of the subconscious mind. This gentle yet transformative process can accelerate breakthroughs in areas such as anxiety, trauma, and self-limiting beliefs, allowing for more effective healing.
My experience as a physical therapist assistant has further deepened my understanding of how our bodies respond to trauma and pain, adding a valuable layer of insight to the work I do with clients. This integrative approach allows me to offer a comprehensive understanding of the challenges you face, addressing the root causes that hinder personal growth and paving the way for sustainable healing.
I am passionate about supporting adults facing a wide range of challenges, particularly those focused on self-esteem, empowerment, and building healthy relationships. Whether we’re exploring mindfulness, navigating relationships, or managing stress, my goal is to provide compassionate, whole-person support as you move toward a more vibrant and fulfilling future.
If you’re ready to take the next step on your path to healing, I am here to support you. Together, we’ll create a roadmap to recovery, helping you move toward your ideal life.
My professional journey began with an Associates degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant from Clarkson College. Concurrently, I delved into the healthcare realm, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Nebraska while actively working in physical therapy. Combining my expertise in physical health with a passion for mental well-being, I completed my Master’s in Counseling at Crown College. This comprehensive educational background allows me to integrate a holistic perspective, treating the mind/body system as a whole entity.
Through years of education, training, and my personal journey of self-discovery, I’ve come to deeply appreciate the profound connection between the mind and body. My own experience with chronic pain has taught me firsthand the complexities of navigating both physical and emotional challenges, which has shaped my belief in the power of holistic healing. Recognizing the body as a unified system, I’m equipped to guide individuals toward comprehensive, whole-person healing.
Outside of my professional work, I find joy in staying active through activities like sand volleyball and paddleboarding. Staying connected with family and friends is also an important part of my life. My dedication to living a balanced life helps me cultivate client relationships where they can do the same. I have a genuine passion for helping individuals on their journey to well-being, and I hope you’ll reach out if my holistic approach resonates with your needs.
