Please use this form to nominate your fellow Bloomers for our famous Bloomie Awards! These awards are handed out at The Bloom Holiday Party, so don’t delay your nomination! What are the award options? You make it up! (Examples include: Most Fashionable, Most Supportive, Highest Vibrations, etc.) You can literally nominate a Bloomer for ANYTHING you’d like. Be creative; Just keep it fun! The awards are not voted on. Rather, all nominations are considered and the final awards are determined by management.
